About the role
HammondCare Strathearn House is seeking casual Residential Carers to provide personalised support and create a home‑like environment for residents, many of whom have dementia.
Key responsibilities
- Deliver personal care such as showering, grooming and toileting.
- Engage residents in life‑enriching activities and support their daily living.
- Assist residents with dementia, recognising and reporting changes in condition.
Required profile
- Genuine passion for serving elderly people and making a difference.
- Flexibility to work various shifts, including nights and weekends.
- Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
Required skills
- Experience and knowledge of caring for people with dementia.
