Solutions Trainer – CDI/Coding

About the role

As a Solutions Trainer (CDI/Coding) you will deliver training on Solventum™ 360 Encompass™ and related Revenue Cycle products to healthcare customers, both remotely and onsite. You will work closely with implementation teams and act as a subject‑matter expert to ensure successful adoption of our HIS software.

Key responsibilities

• Introduce, demonstrate and train customers on Solventum™ 360 Encompass™ using blended and adult learning methods.
• Deliver live classroom and web‑based sessions and contribute to asynchronous training materials.
• Participate in project implementations, providing pre‑ and post‑go‑live support.
• Serve as SME, mentor and collaborator with internal HIS teams such as Implementations, Support, Documentation and Instructional Design.

Required profile

• Minimum 10 years of Health Information Management/clinical coding experience with diverse casemix exposure.
• Eligible for full membership to the Health Information Management Association of Australia (HIMAA).
• Relevant HIM and clinical coding qualifications.
• Experience in clinical documentation, auditing, or healthcare training is highly desirable.

Required skills

• Clinical coding and health information management expertise.
• Knowledge of Electronic Medical Record (EMR) workflows and systems.
• Experience with Solventum™ 360 Encompass™.
• Strong organisational, written and verbal communication abilities.
