Solutions Trainer – CDI/Coding

About the role

Solventum is seeking a Solutions Trainer (CDI/Coding) to deliver training on its HIS software suite, including Solventum™ 360 Encompass™. The role combines remote and onsite delivery, supporting customers throughout implementation and post‑go‑live phases.

Key responsibilities

• Introduce, demonstrate and train customers on Solventum™ 360 Encompass™ and related revenue‑cycle products using blended and adult‑learning methodologies.
• Deliver live classroom and web‑based sessions, and contribute to asynchronous training materials.
• Participate in project implementations, providing pre‑ and post‑go‑live support to key stakeholders.
• Act as a subject‑matter expert and mentor for internal HIS teams such as Implementation, Support, Documentation and Instructional Design.

Required profile

• Minimum 10 years of Health Information Management or clinical coding experience with diverse casemix exposure.
• Eligible for full membership of the Health Information Management Association of Australia (HIMAA).
• Strong organisational skills, ability to manage multiple project streams, and excellent written and verbal communication.

Required skills

• Clinical coding and Health Information Management expertise.
• Knowledge of Electronic Medical Record (EMR) workflows and systems.
• Experience with Solventum™ 360 Encompass™ software.
