Solutions Architect (Sydney)

About the role

Tata Consultancy Services (TCS) is looking for an experienced Solutions Architect to design and deliver innovative technology solutions for our clients in Sydney. You will work across multiple technology landscapes, collaborating with stakeholders to ensure robust, secure, and future‑ready architectures.

Key responsibilities

• Architect end‑to‑end solutions across diverse technology stacks, including cloud, legacy, and distributed systems.
• Design system architecture and apply proven design patterns to meet business requirements.
• Develop microservices, APIs, and integration points that enable scalable, resilient applications.
• Leverage AWS cloud services while ensuring seamless integration with existing environments.
• Implement security best practices such as IAM, encryption, and compliance controls.
• Collaborate with business and technical stakeholders, providing clear communication and documentation.
• Incorporate AI/ML capabilities into solution designs where appropriate.
• Define data architecture strategies to support analytics and reporting needs.

Required profile

• 10+ years of hands‑on experience in technology solution design and delivery.
• Proven track record as a Solutions Architect or similar role.
• Strong communication and stakeholder‑management abilities.
• Experience in the banking or financial services sector is a plus.
