Solution Architect – Business Transformation

About the role

Annexa is seeking an experienced Solution Architect to lead end‑to‑end design of NetSuite ERP solutions for customers in Melbourne or Sydney. You will work directly with senior stakeholders, translate business challenges into technology solutions, and act as a trusted advisor throughout the transformation journey.

Key responsibilities

• Lead solution design workshops and discovery sessions with customer stakeholders.
• Build trusted relationships with decision‑makers and provide strategic advice across the customer lifecycle.
• Design and deliver end‑to‑end ERP and business system solutions, from pre‑sales demos to implementation.
• Collaborate with functional and technical consultants to ensure successful outcomes.
• Identify opportunities for process improvement and business transformation.
• Mentor junior consultants and contribute to team success.

Required profile

• 7+ years of NetSuite experience.
• Extensive consulting and customer‑facing background.
• Outstanding communication, facilitation and relationship‑building skills.
• Proven ability to engage confidently with executives and business leaders.
• Strong problem‑solving and analytical thinking.
