• Apply basic security concepts and follow secure-coding practices.
• Investigate and fix build and test issues in the CI/CD pipeline.
• Take part in backlog grooming and planning, providing reasonable estimates.
• Share knowledge with the team, contribute to the wiki and support onboarding of new members.
• Deepen understanding of the broader system, including model-backed and AI components.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree, preferably in Computer Science or a related field, or equivalent experience.
• Typically 3+ years of related software engineering experience.
• Interest in AI/ML, NLP or document-intelligence domains is a plus.
• Clear communicator, receptive to feedback, proactive and collaborative.

Required skills

• Working proficiency in Java, Python or React/TypeScript, with a willingness to become full-stack.
• Solid grasp of testing practices, version control and CI/CD fundamentals.
• Basic understanding of secure coding concepts.
