Social Media Manager

About the role

MESHKI, a fashion brand focused on empowerment, inclusivity and sustainability, is looking for a Social Media Manager to run its Instagram and TikTok channels day to day and lead the team behind them. Working closely with the Head of Social, you will turn social strategy into well-planned, well-executed channel activity that grows the audience and keeps the brand culturally relevant. The role combines creative instinct with operational discipline, and an up-to-date portfolio including recent short-form content must be submitted with the application.

Key responsibilities

• Turn the social strategy into channel plans for Instagram and TikTok, curating feeds that feel intentional and premium
• Own the social content calendar and lead planning for campaigns, collection launches and brand activations, coordinating timelines, approvals and assets from brief to publishing
• Stay ahead of trends and build authentic connections with the community through community management, using audience sentiment to shape next steps
• Track metrics such as saves, shares, clicks, conversions and revenue, and share clear insights with the team and the Content Lead
• Lead and develop the Social Media Coordinators, setting priorities, giving regular feedback and coaching
• Partner with the Content Lead, Head of Creative, Digital Marketing, Customer Service and PR so social content stays consistent with the brand

Required profile

• Experience managing social channels for a fashion, beauty or lifestyle brand, with a track record of audience and engagement growth
• Experience leading, coaching and developing a team
• Analytical and commercially minded, turning data into clear recommendations
• A strong eye for brand presentation and attention to detail, with ownership and follow-through

Required skills

• Deep knowledge of Instagram and TikTok, digital culture and audience behaviour
• Strong project management skills and confidence handling competing priorities and multiple stakeholders
