About the role

Eleven is seeking a Social Media Manager who thrives on disruption and creative storytelling. The role involves shaping and executing innovative social media strategies for agency clients, working closely with client partners, creative, and PR teams.

Key responsibilities

• Lead the development and execution of social campaigns across platforms.
• Collaborate with internal creative, strategy, and client service teams to ensure integrated delivery.
• Manage multiple social accounts, overseeing always‑on and campaign activity, budgets, and timelines.
• Conceptualise and produce lo‑fi content, including shoots and creative assets.
• Provide recommendations, insights, and performance reporting to client brand leads.
• Stay ahead of social media trends to future‑proof client success.
• Mentor junior team members and contribute to agency culture.

Required profile

• 3‑5+ years of experience managing social media for brands.
• Proven ability to plan, analyse, and report on social campaigns.
• Experience ideating and producing lo‑fi content.
• Strong presentation skills and ability to sell ideas.
• Experience managing online communities and delivering insights.
• Understanding of paid social media and audience data analysis.
• Collaborative mindset with client‑facing experience.
