Social Media Manager

About the role

Altitude is looking for an experienced Social Media Manager to lead the social strategy for a portfolio of high‑volume ecommerce and digital retail brands. You will own the end‑to‑end process – from strategy and content creation to paid campaigns and influencer partnerships – and deliver measurable results.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and implement social media strategies aligned with business objectives, managing both organic and paid campaigns to maximise ROI and conversions.
• Create, publish and schedule high‑quality visual and copy content across TikTok, Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn and other platforms.
• Lead influencer marketing programmes, sourcing and managing partnerships to boost brand awareness.
• Monitor performance metrics, generate actionable insights and present regular reports to senior stakeholders.
• Collaborate with video, design and content creator teams, overseeing workflow, briefings and best‑practice sharing.

Required profile

• Proven experience in social media management, including paid campaigns with monthly spends of $20,000+.
• Strong background in content creation for social platforms and influencer marketing.
• Advanced knowledge of TikTok, Instagram, Facebook and LinkedIn.
• Data‑driven decision‑making with solid analytics and reporting skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication, collaborative and detail‑oriented.
