Social Media Manager

About the role

Black Diamondz, Australia’s leading luxury property and lifestyle platform, is seeking a senior leader to own its entire content ecosystem. Reporting to the Founder, you will transform the brand into a genuine media platform, driving audience growth and commercial impact across multiple channels.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute content strategies for all business divisions, aligning calendars with business goals.
• Lead content ideation, storytelling and campaign planning with a premium, editorial sensibility.
• Coordinate internal and external creators, videographers, editors and designers to ensure on‑brand messaging.
• Manage the social media team across YouTube, Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, WeChat, Rednote (Xiaohongshu) and emerging platforms.
• Oversee publishing schedules, content optimisation, audience engagement and community growth.
• Drive measurable growth for personal brand channels, podcast episodes, cross‑cultural storytelling series and the corporate brand.
• Maximise asset lifespan through strategic repurposing and distribution.

Required profile

• Senior leadership experience in content strategy, creation and distribution.
• Proven ability to build and scale audience channels for high‑net‑worth and international audiences.
• Strong editorial judgment and storytelling skills.
• Comfort working in a fast‑moving luxury real‑estate environment.

Required skills

• Fluency in English; Mandarin preferred.
• Expertise with major social platforms: YouTube, Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, WeChat, Rednote.
