About the role

Portier is seeking a Social Media Manager to lead its organic social strategy across multiple platforms. Based in Port Melbourne with hybrid flexibility, you will shape the brand’s online presence for audiences in Australia, the US, UK, and Asia.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute an organic social media strategy that aligns with brand goals and drives community growth.
• Research trends, competitor activity, creator movements and cultural moments to inform content ideas.
• Own the monthly content calendar, syncing posts with marketing campaigns, product launches and seasonal themes.
• Plan, shoot and edit high‑quality short‑form video content (Reels, Stories, TikToks) that reflects the brand aesthetic.
• Publish daily content across Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, Pinterest, YouTube and LinkedIn, ensuring each post is on‑brand and engaging.
• Maintain a cohesive visual identity with strong styling instincts and attention to detail.
• Adapt content for different markets and time zones (Australia, US, UK, Asia).
• Drive traffic to the website and support product launches through strategic content.
• Engage with the audience in comments, DMs and tags in a helpful, human manner.
