- Use social channels to drive lead generation, website traffic and measurable commercial outcomes
- Stay ahead of platform trends and best practices, and ensure content meets compliance and responsible lending requirements
- Report on marketing effectiveness and impact to stakeholders
Required profile
- 6+ years managing and growing social media channels for brands, with a track record of high-performing content
- Hands-on content creator who shoots and edits video and static content with a phone, camera and modern tools, turning content around quickly and independently
- Strong storyteller and production manager who guides external contractors on scripts, storyboards and design
- Proven experience reporting performance and insights to stakeholders
- Able to manage multiple channels and profiles at high volume, in a fast-paced environment
Required skills
- Deep understanding of LinkedIn and Meta ecosystems, including algorithms, audience behaviour and content formats
- Video and photo editing with tools such as CapCut
- Managing external contractors and reporting on engagement, growth and commercial outcomes
