Social Media Content Manager

About the role

We are looking for a Social Media Content Manager with 2–3 years of experience to join our female‑founded, independent agency. You will shape how global brands appear online by curating, distributing and optimising social‑first content across multiple platforms.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and manage social media strategy and content calendars for global client accounts.
• Curate, schedule and distribute content on Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn, YouTube Shorts and other platforms.
• Identify social trends, cultural moments and reactive opportunities to boost engagement.
• Collaborate with creative, production and paid teams to brief and optimise content.
• Review performance data and refine future content planning.
• Support multi‑channel campaign rollouts and help brands build repeatable content series.

Required profile

• 2–3 years of experience in social media, content or digital marketing.
• Strong understanding of how content performs differently across platforms.
• Highly organised with strong attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple clients and deadlines.
• Strategic thinker who balances brand storytelling with performance goals.
• Deep knowledge of internet culture, trends, creators and audience behaviour.
• Excellent copywriting and communication skills.
• Proactive, collaborative and creatively curious.
• Agency experience is highly regarded.
