Social Media Content Lead

About the role

MESHKI, a fashion brand focused on empowerment, inclusivity and sustainability, is looking for a Social Media Content Lead. Working closely with the Head of Social, you will turn social strategy into distinctive, culturally relevant content across TikTok and Instagram and lead a team of four creators. This is a hands-on creative leadership role: you will lead ideation and production, own TikTok's content direction and create content yourself when needed. An up-to-date portfolio including recent short-form content must be submitted with the application.

Key responsibilities

• Turn social and brand objectives into a planned content pipeline covering collection launches, campaigns, events and always-on content, and develop content pillars, series and formats
• Lead content planning for campaign go-to-market and run social-first content from concept and briefing through filming, editing and delivery
• Direct social-led shoots, attend events and activations, sign off on deliverables and manage external photographers, videographers and creative partners
• Own TikTok's content direction and execution, building platform-native concepts, original series and trend-led content
• Use analytics and audience insights to guide creative decisions, run regular performance reviews and scale successful formats
• Lead and develop the Content team, setting expectations and giving constructive feedback
• Partner with the Head of Creative, Digital Marketing and the wider Social team so content aligns with brand and marketing goals

Required profile

• Experience in a social content or creative lead role, ideally within fashion, beauty or lifestyle
• A strong portfolio of social-first content with a proven track record on TikTok
• Experience leading and developing creative teams
• An analytical, results-driven approach, using data to inform creative choices
• Proactive, organised and accountable, taking ownership and delivering without prompting
