Social, Content & Partnerships Coordinator

About the role

SLICKHAIR, a fast-growing Australian beauty and personal care brand stocked by leading global retailers, is hiring a Social, Content & Partnerships Coordinator. This is a hands-on, hybrid, full-time role centred on the brand's organic channels, from Meta and TikTok through to Pinterest, YouTube and Substack. You will schedule and publish content, manage the online community, coordinate influencer gifting and the UGC creator program, and support photoshoots, campaign launches and activations.

Key responsibilities

• Social media management: schedule and publish content across Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, Pinterest and other channels, keep the content calendar on track and write captions that match the brand voice.
• Community management: respond to comments, DMs and questions, build relationships with the audience and step in on customer service issues.
• Content coordination: coordinate product samples for creators and campaigns, source and organise UGC, manage ShopMy for US creators and support photoshoots with prep, shot lists and logistics.
• Influencer and creator management: find new creators, run gifting campaigns from start to finish and keep relationships and reporting up to date.
• Brand support: support product launches, marketing campaigns, events, activations and PR opportunities.

Required profile

• 2-3 years' experience in social media, content or marketing.
• A genuine eye for aesthetics and brand consistency.
• Confidence talking to influencers and creators.
• Organised, proactive and able to take ownership; willing to travel occasionally for photoshoots, events or retailer launches.

Required skills

• Bonus: shooting and editing short-form video.
• Bonus: Canva or basic Adobe tools.
• Bonus: platforms such as Shopify, Klaviyo, GRIN or Aspire.
