Social Club Manager

About the role

The Social Club Manager leads a dedicated team to deliver HammondCare’s Social Club services across Redcliffe, Carindale and Narangba, providing a supportive social environment for older people.

Key responsibilities

• Recruit, lead and support staff while managing budgets and ensuring quality care provision.
• Operate the club in line with the CHSP Operational Manual, the Aged Care Act and Quality Standards.
• Drive service growth, increase client participation and achieve targeted outputs.
• Provide staff and volunteers with operational guidance and resolve daily care issues.

Required profile

• Certificate IV in Aged Care or a relevant qualification.
• Experience in community aged‑care management and running a CHSP Social Club.
• Strong organisational, financial and conflict‑resolution abilities.
• Current driver’s licence, willingness to travel between sites and ability to work independently or as part of a team.
