About the role
A full-time Social Care Coordinator is sought to join the team at Coroneagh Park in Penguin, Tasmania. The role supports the planning and delivery of meaningful social care and lifestyle activities, helping residents stay active, connected and engaged. You will work closely with the wider care team to coordinate activities that promote resident wellbeing, independence, choice and quality of life.
Required profile
- Certificate III or Certificate IV in aged care, leisure or lifestyle
- Experience in aged care or lifestyle activities highly regarded
- Genuine interest in supporting resident wellbeing and engagement
- Current National Police Certificate and a valid NDIS Worker Screening Check
Required skills
- Planning, organising and coordinating meaningful activities
- Working collaboratively with residents, families and care staff
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Good time management and organisational skills
