Social Ads Manager (Brisbane CBD)

About the role

BAMBRICK, one of Queensland's largest and fastest-growing digital marketing agencies, is looking for a Social Ads Manager to join its Brisbane CBD office. The role centres on setting up, running and optimising Meta (Facebook and Instagram) ad campaigns so that clients get better returns on their digital ad spend. All applications are welcome, as training is provided.

Key responsibilities

• Build and set up ad campaigns (about 20% of the time)
• Actively manage campaigns (about 55% of the time)
• Help project managers answer client questions (about 10%)
• Help project managers prepare client reports (about 10%)
• Train and upskill the team (about 5%)

Required profile

• Social advertising experience; the agency is open to all applications and provides training
• Internal locus of control, organisation, attention to detail, reliability, critical thinking, unshakable focus, positive attitude, willingness to learn, problem solving and a sense of urgency
• Desire to work in person in a team environment in the CBD office

Required skills

• Facebook Ads and LinkedIn Ads experience
• Google Analytics and Google Tag Manager experience
• Digital marketing reporting experience
