About the role

ANZ’s Small Business Banking team delivers a full range of financial solutions to small businesses across Australia. As a Small Business Specialist you will help grow the portfolio by identifying customer needs and providing tailored finance options.

Key responsibilities

• Engage in deep conversations with small‑business customers to uncover financial needs and add value.
• Identify and develop new business opportunities by understanding core customer requirements.
• Drive new customer acquisition and increase funds under management through business finance solutions.
• Conduct business development activities and health checks for existing small‑business clients.
• Collaborate with a high‑performance, cross‑functional team to deliver excellent service.
