Small Business Specialist – Banking

About the role

The Small Business Specialist (SBS) works within ANZ's Business & Private Bank to support small‑business customers in branch locations across Western Australia. You will combine industry insight with tailored banking solutions to help clients start, run and grow successful businesses.

Key responsibilities

• Engage with small‑business customers through phone‑based lending enquiries and in‑branch conversations.
• Collaborate with Asset Finance Managers, Credit Assessment, Quality Control and Fulfilment teams to deliver appropriate solutions.
• Identify business development opportunities and deepen customer relationships.
• Partner with Branch Managers, Bankers and local B&PB teams to refer customers to suitable products and services.
• Ensure compliance and risk management standards are met in every interaction.
