Sleep Coach (Casual) - Annerley

About the role

Resmed is hiring a casual Sales Assistant / Sleep Coach for its Annerley clinic. The role is the face of the clinic, combining customer service and sales to help customers improve their sleep and contribute to clinic performance. Preferred availability is on Tuesdays, Wednesdays, Thursdays and Saturdays, with flexibility for leave coverage and peak trading periods highly regarded.

Key responsibilities

• Welcome customers, understand their needs and provide tailored solutions, then follow up to build relationships and support therapy outcomes
• Deliver exceptional customer experiences in-store and over the phone
• Support customers through their therapy journey with education and coaching, and help them find products and services that improve their sleep
• Achieve individual and clinic sales targets
• Fit customers with masks and equipment after training, and maintain trial equipment
• Maintain store presentation, merchandising and cleanliness, and manage stock levels and inventory control
• Complete product training, process sales transactions and payments, and handle administrative tasks

Required profile

• Retail, customer service or customer-facing sales experience
• Strong listening and communication skills, with a sales-focused mindset
• Positive, collaborative approach to teamwork and strong organisational skills
• Confidence using technology and point-of-sale systems
• Healthcare, pharmacy, medical device or sleep therapy experience is beneficial but not essential, as full training is provided
