Skilled Labourer - Construction

About the role

A growing construction team is hiring experienced and reliable Skilled Labourers to work with its construction team on various job sites. The work requires hands-on skills, physical stamina and strict attention to safety standards.

Key responsibilities

• Set up and maintain tools, machinery and equipment
• Operate hand and power tools safely
• Assist with drilling, painting, plastering, flooring and basic installations
• Help with site preparation, material handling, loading and unloading, and cleanup
• Maintain a clean, safe and organised worksite
• Follow all safety procedures, regulations and company policies

Required profile

• Previous experience as a skilled labourer or in a similar role (preferred)
• Good knowledge of construction tools and techniques
• Strong physical stamina and ability to lift heavy materials
• Team player who follows instructions
• Basic understanding of safety standards and practices
• Valid driver's licence and reliable transport (optional)
