Concrete Finisher (Part-Time)

About the role

Next Tier Innovations, a construction services company providing building and concrete solutions, is hiring an experienced Concrete Finisher on a part-time basis. The finisher pours, levels, smooths and finishes concrete surfaces so that construction projects deliver durable, high-quality results.

Key responsibilities

• Pour, spread and level concrete using appropriate tools and techniques.
• Smooth and finish surfaces with trowels, floats and other finishing equipment.
• Ensure correct concrete texture, edges and finishes according to project specifications.
• Monitor curing and apply finishing compounds where required.
• Repair surface imperfections and cracks.
• Work closely with site supervisors and construction teams.
• Maintain a clean and safe work environment and follow WHS regulations, safety procedures and company policies.

Required profile

• Previous experience as a Concrete Finisher or in a similar role.
• Strong knowledge of concrete pouring, finishing and curing techniques.
• Ability to read and follow plans, levels and site instructions.
• Good physical fitness and attention to detail.
• Strong understanding of construction safety standards.
• White Card, driver's licence and reliable transport are optional.
