About the role
We are looking for a Site/Event Coordinator to support Snowtopia 2026, a large‑scale family winter event launching in Liverpool, NSW this June. The role combines remote work with on‑site presence to ensure the event runs smoothly from set‑up to tear‑down.
Key responsibilities
- Coordinate suppliers and manage logistics for all event components.
- Handle administrative tasks, scheduling, and documentation.
- Support on‑site operations, including set‑up, crowd flow, and post‑event breakdown.
- Travel to the event site as needed and work weekends during peak periods.
Required profile
- 3–5 years of experience in live events or large‑scale event coordination.
- Strong organisational and administrative abilities.
- Ability to stay calm under pressure and adapt to fast‑paced environments.
- Comfort with adopting new technology.
Required skills
- Forklift operation
- Elevated Work Platform (EWP) handling
- Rigging experience
- Valid driver’s licence
- Working With Children (WWC) clearance or CAD experience (preferred)
