Sitecore Solution/Technical Architect

About the role

Sitecore is looking for a Sitecore Solution/Technical Architect to join its APJ Customer Value Realisation team. You will work with clients and colleagues on emerging markets around the globe, advising customers on how to use Sitecore products to meet their business goals.

Key responsibilities

• Work directly with customers and partners to advise and assist in architecting, developing, troubleshooting and using Sitecore products.
• Provide high-level strategic advice, consultation, troubleshooting, project development and hands-on tasks such as proof of concepts and configuration changes.
• Build and maintain trusted advisor relationships with customers, who range from medium to enterprise and work with IT and marketing stakeholders.
• Collaborate with Account Executives and Customer Success Managers to help customers get the best value.
• Mentor team members on technical and business challenges.

Required profile

• Extensive knowledge of Sitecore technologies, with expertise in one or more products (SaaS and Platform): SitecoreAI, XM/XP, Content Hub or CDP/Personalize.
• Strong consultancy background and experience in client-facing roles.
• Excellent communication skills, able to explain technical concepts to business stakeholders.
• Strong time management and ability to switch between complex contexts.
• Customer-centric mindset, can-do attitude and eagerness to learn.

Required skills

• Preferred: familiarity with SitecoreAI, XM/XP, Personalise, Search and Content Hub.
• Preferred: Sitecore developer and Azure certifications.
• Preferred: headless technologies (React, Next.js, GraphQL, Node.js), container technologies (Docker, Kubernetes), cloud platforms (Azure, AWS), and DevOps and integration knowledge.
