Site Supervisor – National Opportunities

About the role

Lendlease is seeking experienced Site Supervisors based in Victoria to join its national project portfolio. You will lead teams on construction sites, ensuring safety, quality, and timely delivery of high‑value projects across Australia.

Key responsibilities

• Maintain a valid Lendlease EHS Passport, conduct risk assessments, perform daily safety checks and enforce compliance with safety regulations.
• Collaborate with engineers to develop short‑ and medium‑term construction programmes, monitor progress and report on site activities.
• Ensure work meets design and quality standards, review subcontractor inspection plans and manage defect close‑outs.
• Supervise and mentor site teams and apprentices, support performance reviews and manage labour costs within budget.
• Build strong relationships with unions, consultants and authorities, promoting clear communication and teamwork.

Required profile

• Previous experience supervising construction activities on site.
• Strong understanding of safety systems, compliance requirements and ability to conduct risk assessments.
• Proven ability to plan, coordinate and monitor site operations effectively.
• Knowledge of quality standards, contract specifications and construction documentation.
• Leadership skills to manage and develop site teams, with good communication and stakeholder management abilities.
