Site Supervisor

About the role

Join Uniplan Group as a Site Supervisor and lead onsite construction projects for our modular building business. You will be the on‑site representative, ensuring projects are delivered to the highest quality standards, on schedule and in compliance with health, safety and environmental regulations.

Key responsibilities

• Supervise daily onsite activities and coordinate trades to maintain progress.
• Identify material shortfalls and work with purchasing or the Project Manager to procure required supplies.
• Monitor compliance with health, safety and environmental policies.
• Communicate with clients, contractors and stakeholders, representing Uniplan professionally.
• Ensure work is completed within specified timelines and quality standards.

Required profile

• Qualified carpenter or 3rd/4th year apprenticeship in carpentry.
• Strong commitment to quality, safety and continuous improvement.
• Professional appearance and communication skills.
• Willingness to travel to various project sites across the region.

Required skills

• Site supervision and coordination of construction activities.
• Understanding of health, safety and environmental regulations in construction.
