Site Supervisor

About the role

This full‑time, on‑site position is based in Perth, WA and is responsible for overseeing daily construction activities. The Site Supervisor ensures work is carried out safely, on schedule, and to the required design and quality standards while acting as the main point of contact between the project team, subcontractors, and clients.

Key responsibilities

• Coordinate subcontractors, suppliers, and trades to keep the project on track.
• Monitor progress against project plans and adjust schedules as needed.
• Resolve on‑site technical queries in collaboration with design and engineering teams.
• Conduct regular site inspections and safety checks.
• Maintain accurate daily records, reports, and compliance documentation.
• Communicate updates, expectations, and issues to project managers and clients.

Required profile

• Proven experience supervising construction or installation activities on‑site.
• Strong ability to read and interpret technical drawings, plans, and specifications.
• Solid knowledge of workplace health and safety regulations and ability to enforce safe work practices.
• Excellent organisational, time‑management and problem‑solving skills.
• Effective communication and interpersonal skills for collaboration with diverse teams.
• Valid driver’s licence and ability to work in varied site conditions across Perth.
