Site Supervisor

About the role

Multiplex is seeking an experienced Site Supervisor to lead the construction of a large data centre for NEXTDC at Horsley Park. The role involves overseeing subcontractor teams, ensuring safety, quality and schedule compliance across the full project lifecycle.

Key responsibilities

• Lead and coordinate subcontractor activities on‑site, maintaining safety, quality and timeline standards.
• Develop and manage short‑term work programmes and daily schedules.
• Liaise with subcontractors, consultants and the Site Manager to resolve issues promptly.
• Mentor junior team members and promote best practice throughout the crew.
• Monitor progress, report to the Site Manager and ensure projects are delivered on time and within budget.

Required profile

• Proven experience supervising mid‑ to large‑scale commercial construction projects.
• Strong understanding of construction trades and the ability to manage the full project lifecycle.
• Excellent collaboration and relationship‑building skills with subcontractors and internal teams.
• Commitment to safety and quality standards on a fast‑evolving tech‑focused construction site.
