Site Supervisor

About the role

Join a global organisation as a Site Supervisor at Olympic Dam. You will be accountable for safety, health, environmental, quality and industry standards while leading a small on‑site team.

Key responsibilities

• Ensure compliance with safety, health, environmental, quality and relevant industry standards.
• Control site costs and support work to achieve KPIs and site objectives.
• Recommend and implement activities that improve plant reliability and support execution and commissioning.
• Plan and execute maintenance and Turn‑Around (T&A) plans, manage spare parts and report data.
• Monitor plant operations, alert and assist the Remote Operations Centre during shutdowns and restarts.
• Support statutory compliance for safety valves, pressure vessels and piping.

Required profile

• Trade qualified or hold a degree/diploma in Chemical, Mechanical, Electrical or Instrumentation.
• Experience in continuous process plant operations.
• Proven ability in plant and process troubleshooting and continuous‑improvement projects.
• Capability to drive safety and operational initiatives.
• Strong work ethic, good communication, problem‑solving skills and ability to work unsupervised.
