Site Supervisor

About the role

The Site Supervisor will manage day‑to‑day on‑site activities for a national modular and residential construction provider. You will ensure projects are delivered safely, on schedule, within budget and to the required quality standards.

Key responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate construction activities across multiple sites.
• Ensure compliance with WHS legislation, company policies and site safety procedures.
• Oversee subcontractors, suppliers and trades to maintain productivity and quality.
• Monitor project timelines, identify and mitigate delays or risks.
• Conduct regular site inspections and quality assurance checks.
• Interpret construction drawings, specifications and contract documentation.
• Prepare and maintain site reports, progress updates, incident reports and diaries.
• Liaise with project managers, estimators and clients to align expectations.
• Guarantee all works meet relevant codes and standards.

Required profile

• Proven experience as a Site Supervisor in residential, modular or light commercial construction.
• Strong knowledge of construction processes, sequencing and site coordination.
• Ability to manage multiple trades and competing priorities.
• Sound understanding of WHS legislation and safety management.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills.
• QBCC Supervisor Licence (or ability to obtain).
• Valid driver’s licence.
