Site Supervisor – FIFO (2:1) for NPI Projects

About the role

Kerman Contracting is looking for an experienced Site Supervisor to lead multidisciplinary non-process infrastructure (NPI) projects for a Tier 1 client. The role is based on a FIFO roster (2 days on, 1 day off) departing from Perth and reports to the Deputy Manager/Site Manager. You will be responsible for maintaining safety, quality and performance standards throughout the project lifecycle.

Key responsibilities

• Coordinate subcontractors, labour, plant and material deliveries across civil, concrete, structural, mechanical, electrical/controls, cladding, hydraulics, fire detection, hydrocarbons and infrastructure works.
• Develop and update look-ahead programmes and detailed daily/weekly work plans aligned with the baseline schedule.
• Provide technical and logistical support to subcontractors, raise technical queries (TQs) and manage variations.
• Monitor drawings, specifications, job instructions and ensure compliance with Approved for Construction (AFC) documents, ITPs and site procedures.
• Conduct pre-start meetings, job hazard analyses, safety inspections and QA checks.
• Report scope changes, programme adjustments and disciplinary matters to the Site Manager or Human Resources.

Required profile

• Recognised trade qualification.
• Proven experience supervising multidisciplinary construction teams on NPI projects.
• Strong understanding of health, safety and environmental (HSE) policies and permit-to-work procedures.
