Site Supervisor – Commercial Construction

About the role

We are seeking a motivated Site Supervisor to join a fast‑growing commercial construction firm in South Australia. The successful candidate will lead the set‑up and daily operations of construction sites, ensuring projects are delivered safely, on time, and to the highest quality standards.

Key responsibilities

• Coordinate full site set‑up and daily activities.
• Manage all trades and subcontractors throughout the project lifecycle.
• Ensure work is completed on schedule and meets quality expectations.
• Oversee all health and safety (OH&S) aspects on site.
• Liaise with internal and external stakeholders to keep projects aligned.

Required profile

• Minimum 2 years local experience as a Site Manager on commercial projects.
• Proven track record managing full‑life‑cycle civic, government, or education projects valued at $10 million or more.
• Strong management and coordination abilities.
• Excellent understanding of occupational health and safety (OH&S) regulations.
• Ability to work autonomously and make decisive decisions.
