Site Manager - Projects

About the role

Mirrastone Group is seeking an experienced Site Manager to lead medium‑density residential projects in Melbourne’s Eastern Suburbs (Malvern & Brighton). The role focuses on delivering high‑quality homes on time, within budget, and to the satisfaction of clients and development partners.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee the full construction process for medium‑density residential projects.
• Schedule and coordinate trades and subcontractors on‑site.
• Ensure weekly compliance with occupational health and safety (OH&S) requirements.
• Maintain quality standards throughout all construction stages.
• Communicate effectively with clients and developers, providing excellent customer service.
• Monitor and control the project budget, including ETS costs.

Required profile

• Significant experience managing construction sites, preferably in medium‑density residential settings.
• Proven ability to drive projects from start to finish.
• Team‑player attitude with strong motivation and a can‑do mindset.
• Excellent communication skills for interacting with both retail customers and sophisticated developers.

Required skills

• Knowledge of construction scheduling and subcontractor management.
• Understanding of OH&S regulations and compliance.
• Budget monitoring and cost control capabilities.
