About the role

We are seeking an experienced Site Manager to join our Brisbane team. The role offers autonomy, strong support, and the chance to lead complex commercial builds from commencement through to completion, working with well‑resourced sites and long‑standing repeat clients.

Required profile

Proven experience delivering $50M+ vertical and multi‑rise commercial projects.
Ability to build strong relationships on‑site and foster a culture that drives productivity.
Leadership skills that keep programmes on track and motivate teams and subcontractors.
High safety and quality awareness, ensuring the highest standards are met.
