Site Manager

About the role

Join a leading residential construction company as a Site Manager for North Brisbane, overseeing the build of customer homes and acting as the primary contact for trades, suppliers and customers throughout the construction journey.

Key responsibilities

• Engage with customers, build trust and educate them on the building process, milestones and expectations.
• Manage a portfolio of home builds, allocating trades, attending site visits and ensuring quality, compliance and timely progress.
• Oversee payments to suppliers and contractors, approve variations and ensure budget adherence.
• Conduct inspections from slab to handover, coordinate rectification work and maintain accurate documentation.
• Collaborate with internal departments and external stakeholders such as councils, certifiers and lenders to resolve issues and provide updates.

Required profile

• Previous experience in home building or residential construction.
• Strong customer service orientation with excellent communication skills.
• Positive, friendly attitude and meticulous attention to detail.
• Ability to follow processes and work collaboratively across teams.

Required skills

• Experience using construction technology/software (unspecified).
