Site Manager

About the role

Join a leading residential construction company as a Site Manager overseeing home builds in North Brisbane. You will be the primary contact for trades, suppliers and customers throughout the construction journey.

Key responsibilities

• Engage with customers, build trust and educate them on the building process and milestones.
• Manage a portfolio of home builds, allocate trades, attend site visits and ensure quality, compliance and timely completion.
• Oversee payments to suppliers, conduct inspections from slab to handover, and resolve any rectification work.
• Collaborate with internal departments and external stakeholders such as councils, certifiers and lenders to provide updates and resolve issues.

Required profile

• Previous home builder experience.
• Customer service experience with strong communication skills.
• Positive, friendly attitude and strong attention to detail.
• Compliance with processes and ability to use technology/software.

Required skills

• Experience using construction technology/software.
