Site Manager - Home Building

About the role

Clarendon Homes, part of Campbell Property Group, is looking for an experienced Site Manager to join its growing construction team. You will oversee the build of customer homes in Western / South Western Sydney and act as the main point of contact for trades, suppliers and customers throughout the construction journey.

Key responsibilities

• Build trust with customers, explain the building process and milestones, and resolve roadblocks in the customer journey
• Manage a portfolio of home builds and review tenders, contracts, plans, variations, colour schedules and details
• Allocate trades so work flows continuously on site, and attend regular site visits to check progress, quality, codes and timeframes
• Confirm works are ready for the next trades, arrange rectification work and approve payments to suppliers and contractors against completed work
• Complete inspections from slab through to handover and keep documentation complete and accurate
• Work with drafting, estimating, lifestyle studio and permits, and with councils, certifiers, consultants, demolition companies and lenders

Required profile

• Previous home builder experience
• Customer service experience
• Positive, friendly attitude, strong attention to detail and strong communication
• Compliance with processes

Required skills

• Experience using technology and software
