Site Manager – Façades Division

About the role

SRG Global is seeking an experienced Site Manager to lead its Façades division on a high‑profile construction project in Perth, WA. You will be the senior SRG representative on site, overseeing day‑to‑day operations, coordinating façade installation and ensuring delivery safety, quality, time and budget targets.

Key responsibilities

• Lead site teams, subcontractors and trades to deliver façade works safely and efficiently.
• Develop and manage short‑range programmes, coordinating installation sequences, labour and material deliveries.
• Monitor progress, productivity and costs, implementing corrective actions to meet milestones.
• Conduct quality inspections, manage defects and ensure compliance with project specifications.
• Lead site safety activities, including pre‑starts, toolbox talks, inspections and SWMS compliance.

Required profile

• Previous experience in a similar site‑manager role within the façades sector.
• Strong leadership, organisational and communication abilities.
• Proven capability to manage site teams, subcontractors and project resources.
• Sound understanding of HSEQ requirements and risk management.
