Site Manager – Commercial Construction (Tilt‑up)

About the role

Hays is recruiting experienced Site Managers for commercial Tier 3 builders who specialise in fast‑paced, tilt‑up construction projects. You will oversee day‑to‑day site activities, ensuring that projects such as fuel stations, retail outlets and hospitality venues stay on schedule and within budget.

Key responsibilities

• Manage on‑site operations, coordinating trades and subcontractors.
• Monitor progress against project plans and budgets.
• Ensure health, safety and quality standards are met.
• Communicate daily updates to senior management and client representatives.
• Resolve on‑site issues promptly to minimise delays.

Required profile

• Proven experience as a Site Manager on commercial construction projects.
• Specific experience with tilt‑up construction methods.
• Strong organisational and problem‑solving abilities.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast‑moving, family‑run organisation.
