Site Manager - Cleaning Operations, Mt Druitt

About the role

SKG Services is looking for an experienced and motivated Site Manager to oversee cleaning operations in Mt Druitt. This fast-paced leadership role involves leading frontline teams, building strong client relationships and ensuring high-quality service delivery every day.

Key responsibilities

• Supervise site operations and liaise with clients and cleaning teams so that service runs smoothly according to business needs.
• Manage staffing logistics, including rostering, shift coverage and leave management, to keep service levels up.
• Carry out regular site inspections and quality checks, report outcomes and ensure compliance with client expectations and internal standards.
• Keep communication with management and administration timely and accurate, supporting correct staff payments and award compliance.
• Maintain safety standards and equipment, report and follow up on incidents to keep a safe workplace.
• Identify, report and resolve site issues, taking corrective action to prevent non-conformance and drive continual improvement.

Required profile

• Strong supervisory and leadership abilities to manage staff performance and uphold cleaning and operational standards.
• Effective communication and interpersonal skills, including consultation and conflict resolution, with clients, staff and management.
• Attention to detail and solid inspection and audit capability, ensuring quality and compliance across multiple sites.
• Sound understanding of Quality, Environmental and WHS systems, and experience identifying hazards and managing risks.
• Working knowledge of staff rostering, scheduling and the relevant Industry Award.

Required skills

• Proficiency in computer systems and reporting tools, able to navigate company software and produce accurate documentation.
• Ability to generate accurate reports and documentation.
