Site Lead

About the role

The Site Lead will manage day‑to‑day production and warehouse activities at the Mulgrave facility, ensuring safe and efficient operations while supporting broader operational functions.

Key responsibilities

• Coordinate onsite production and warehouse tasks, handling delivery, return, servicing, inspection and inventory of CBRND equipment.
• Oversee equipment calibration, maintenance records and work orders, maintaining accurate data in Costpoint and meeting contract quality standards.
• Manage procurement, supply chain, goods receipting, facilities, security, office administration and contractor activities.
• Collaborate with production, engineering, quality, finance and operations teams to prioritise work and improve processes.

Required profile

• Proven experience coordinating work in production, warehouse, manufacturing or similar operational environments.
• Ability to plan activities, organise resources and support teams to meet service requirements.
• Strong record‑keeping skills and capability to follow SOPs and health‑and‑safety standards.
• Valid Australian driver’s licence and forklift licence (or willingness to obtain).

Required skills

• Experience using ERP or maintenance management systems (e.g., Costpoint, SAP, MILIS).
• Knowledge of equipment calibration, servicing and inventory management.
• Effective written and verbal communication.
