Site Foreman - Landscapes & Pools

About the role

Reality Escapes is a premium outdoor living company delivering high-end residential landscapes and pools across Sydney, the Illawarra and the South Coast of NSW. It is looking for an experienced Site Foreman for a full-time, senior leadership role. The Site Foreman runs a team of tradespeople and apprentices, keeps builds on schedule and on budget, enforces site safety standards, purchases materials and manages deliveries, and maintains clear communication with clients and the Project Director.

Key responsibilities

• Run a team of tradespeople and apprentices across residential landscaping and pool builds
• Keep projects on schedule and on budget
• Enforce site safety standards
• Purchase materials and manage deliveries
• Mentor the next generation of landscaping tradespeople
• Communicate professionally with clients and the Project Director

Required profile

• Trade qualified in landscaping or a related discipline; Landscape Construction Certificate or equivalent preferred
• Proven experience as a site foreman or in a senior leadership role on residential landscaping and pool projects
• Broad knowledge of earthworks, tiling, stonework, planting, fencing, enveloping and pool construction
• Experience leading, directing and mentoring a team across multiple trades
• Ability to read and interpret construction and landscape plans and documentation
• Proven ability to build supplier relationships in the construction or landscaping industry
• White card as a minimum; additional licences and tickets viewed favourably

Required skills

• Operating landscaping machinery such as excavators, bobcats and skid steers
• Project management software
