Site Engineer

About the role

ACCIONA, together with Geotech Pty Ltd, is seeking a Site Engineer to support piling and ground engineering projects across Queensland. You will be based in Brisbane and work on both metropolitan and regional sites, ensuring that construction activities meet design specifications, quality standards, safety norms, and project schedules.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare safety, quality and construction documents.
• Administer contract works and support approvals.
• Monitor daily activities and ensure compliance with design and safety standards.
• Manage permits, traceability and site records.
• Track costs and support forecasting.
• Assist procurement and raise purchase orders.
• Record progress, delays and variations.

Required profile

• Tertiary qualification in Civil Engineering or a related field.
• At least 2 years post‑graduation experience as a project‑based engineer in construction engineering, preferably in rail or related civil infrastructure.
• Demonstrated on‑site experience supervising construction works.
• Current driver’s licence and reliable vehicle.
