Site Acquisition Manager

About the role

The Site Acquisition Manager will drive new commercial opportunities for a national construction and fit‑out business. Reporting to the General Manager, you will use a hunter mindset and an extensive commercial real‑estate network to generate high‑quality leads, especially in developer‑led projects and the childcare sector.

Key responsibilities

• Generate and qualify leads with a focus on developer‑led projects and childcare facilities.
• Maintain a high‑velocity outbound approach, expanding relationships with commercial agents, developers and industry contacts.
• Apply knowledge of commercial construction, building codes and standards to build client trust.
• Use CRM systems to track lead volume, monitor pipeline health and prepare data for strategic meetings.
• Collaborate with internal teams, aligning with lead‑generation methodologies and company values.

Required profile

• High‑energy, proactive professional with a hunter mindset.
• Strong background in commercial real estate, preferably with leasing or sales experience and an existing network of developers and agents.
• Solid understanding of the construction industry and willingness to deepen technical knowledge.
• Strategic networking ability, especially within the childcare sector.
• Process‑driven and comfortable using established methodologies and tools.
