Showroom Supervisor

About the role

The Showroom Supervisor will be the face of the Artarmon branch, leading the trade counter, supporting branch operations and shaping the customer experience for John R Turk Electrical, part of the global Rexel Group.

Key responsibilities

• Own the counter experience, ensuring smooth daily operations and supporting junior team members.
• Deliver in‑store customer solutions that inspire, educate and build loyalty.
• Manage sales orders, quotes and customer projects with accuracy.
• Coordinate with suppliers to maintain margins, stock availability and product knowledge.
• Conduct customer follow‑ups, responding to queries and ensuring end‑to‑end support.
• Maintain merchandising, stock presentation and a professional, safe counter environment.

Required profile

• Positive energy, reliability and pride in running a smooth, professional showroom.
• Motivation to become an expert and help customers solve problems.
• Strong relationship‑building skills with customers, suppliers and the team.
• Experience in electrical wholesale, trades or construction is valued, but training is provided for eager learners.
