Short-Stay / Airbnb Coordinator

About the role

Minor Hotels Australasia is seeking a commercially minded and highly organised Short-Stay / Airbnb Coordinator to manage its MINT Residential short‑stay portfolio from the Brisbane CBD office. You will own the end‑to‑end guest experience and drive portfolio growth.

Key responsibilities

• Manage day‑to‑day operations of the short‑stay portfolio, from property onboarding to ongoing management.
• Maintain Airbnb listings, booking calendars and guest instructions to ensure properties are ready for guests.
• Oversee the guest journey, including enquiries, pre‑arrival communication, check‑in/out, feedback and complaint resolution.
• Monitor occupancy, rates and market conditions, adjusting pricing to optimise revenue.
• Build strong relationships with property owners, providing performance updates and identifying growth opportunities.
• Coordinate cleaning, housekeeping, linen, consumables and property presentation.
• Manage maintenance issues by liaising with hotel teams, contractors and owners.
• Assist with financial administration such as booking income, management fees and owner statements.

Required profile

• 3–5 years’ experience in Airbnb, short‑stay accommodation, serviced apartments or residential property management.
• Proven ability to manage multiple properties and coordinate daily operations.
• Strong communication skills and experience building owner/client relationships.
• Proactive, solutions‑focused approach with the ability to work autonomously and collaboratively.

Required skills

• Strong working knowledge of Airbnb and similar accommodation platforms.
• Experience using property management systems, channel management platforms or revenue management tools.
• Understanding of dynamic pricing, occupancy management and revenue optimisation.
