About the role
We are looking for an experienced ServiceNow System Administrator to join our team for a six‑month engagement. The role focuses on stabilising and supporting the ServiceNow platform after go‑live, covering multiple modules and ensuring seamless operations for end users across the organisation.
Key responsibilities
- Perform day‑to‑day administration of the ServiceNow platform, including access, security, data, integrations and environment management.
- Provide L2/L3 support, handle end‑user calls and ensure timely issue resolution.
- Maintain governance, change control and compliance processes.
- Develop and update runbooks, documentation and monitoring practices.
- Support handover activities, knowledge transfer and testing.
- Generate reports, deliver insights and recommend continuous improvements.
Required profile
- ServiceNow System Administrator certification (mandatory).
- Hands‑on experience administering ServiceNow, especially ITSM, ITAM, CMDB and Service Catalogue modules.
- Background in enterprise‑level support environments.
- Strong communication and stakeholder engagement abilities.
- Ability to work autonomously in a support setting.
- Experience with end‑user support and call handling.
- Eligibility for security clearance.
