ServiceNow Developer

About the role

Profectus is looking for experienced ServiceNow Developers to join upcoming engagements in a secure, structured delivery environment. You will work closely with architects, platform owners, and delivery teams to design, build, and enhance enterprise‑scale ServiceNow solutions.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and configure applications on the ServiceNow platform following best practices.
• Customize modules such as ITSM, ITOM, HRSD, CSM, or SecOps.
• Create workflows, Flow Designer flows, business rules, UI policies, and client/server‑side scripts.
• Build and maintain service catalogue items, forms, and automation processes.
• Develop integrations using REST and SOAP APIs and support MID Server integrations.
• Create and maintain Service Portal or UI Builder components as required.
• Support unit testing, defect resolution, and deployment activities.
• Produce technical documentation and collaborate with architects and platform teams.

Required profile

• Strong experience developing on ServiceNow within enterprise environments.
• Solid understanding of ServiceNow development practices, scripting, and platform capabilities.
• Experience building integrations and automation using ServiceNow APIs and workflows.
• Ability to work in structured delivery environments and adhere to platform standards.
• Effective collaboration with architects, platform teams, and stakeholders.
• Strong documentation skills.
