ServiceNow Business Analyst – Sydney

About the role

Infosys is seeking a ServiceNow Business Analyst to join its consulting team in Sydney. The role focuses on translating business needs into technical solutions on the ServiceNow platform, supporting clients’ digital transformation initiatives.

Key responsibilities

• Facilitate stakeholder workshops, interviews and discovery sessions to elicit and analyse business requirements.
• Produce Business Requirements Documents (BRDs), Functional Specification Documents (FSDs), user stories, acceptance criteria and process flow diagrams.
• Conduct As‑Is and To‑Be process analyses to identify improvement opportunities and streamline workflows.
• Lead cross‑functional workshops with business, technology, operations and product teams to align delivery objectives.
• Maintain requirements traceability, manage change control and ensure alignment with business goals.

Required profile

• Proven experience in business analysis, preferably within IT consulting or service management projects.
• Strong communication and facilitation skills to work with diverse stakeholder groups.
• Ability to document complex requirements clearly and concisely.

• ServiceNow platform expertise.
